Note – This course is an introductory course to explore your knowledge of Ayurveda to heal & transform yourself. At the end of this course, the student does not get the privilege of the title as an Ayurveda doctor or physician.
Duration:- four weeks (Sunday off)
This course includes both theory & practical session
Ayurveda theory session – two hr. class ( Mon to Sat )
Ayurveda practical session – two hr. class (Mon to Sat)
Pranayama/ Meditation class- one hr. class ( Mon to Sat ) (optional)
The time duration of the class can be changeable if a student has some query or question or wants to practice more, the time of the class can be the increase or practice longer session in extra time
The student can join Ayurveda panchakarma treatment during free time (we offer a special discount for the student for treatments)
The student will get a sharing room with an attached bathroom & wi-fi facilitates. We offer Indian Ayurveda food, it includes three meals a day.
